Azerbaijan's national minifootball team played in the 1/4 final match at the European Championship held in Slovakia. Sport24.az reports that the team coached by Elshad Guliyev faced the Czech Republic.
The match held at "Tipos Arena" ended with the Azerbaijani national team's 5:2 victory. Our team's goals were scored by Eshgin Taghiyev (2), Tamkin Khalilzada, Ramiz Chovdarov, and Mahammad Khalilov.
The Azerbaijani national team will face Serbia in the semi-finals.
It should be noted that our national team defeated Kazakhstan in the 1/8 final - 3:2. The team defeated Austria (1:0), Italy (3:0), and France (3:2) in Group F.
