Atletico Madrid's director general, Miguel Angel Gil, has responded to the statement of Barcelona president Joan Laporta that the offer made by Atletico Madrid for Barcelona striker Julian Alvarez is not permanent.
According to Sport.Biz, media outlets have reported that Barcelona are ready to pay 100 million euros for Alvarez.
"I recently heard that the president of Barcelona stated that the offer made by Atletico Madrid is not permanent. Our only possible answer is yes, we are not going to sell Alvarez. We will not accept an offer of 100 million, 150 million or 200 million euros", Gil said.
