The White House Press Office has summed up the 2026 World Cup in the US, Canada, and Mexico and commented on the participation of US President Donald Trump in the award ceremony.
Sport.Biz reports that after the final match, Trump presented the cup to the Spanish national team, which defeated Argentina 1-0 in extra time.

The Spanish team has won their second world championship title. Argentina won the silver medals. England won the bronze medal by defeating France 6-4 in the third place match.
