The AFFA Referees Committee organized a seminar for the coaching and football staff of the "Shimal" club, which plays in the II League.
According to "Report", referring to the club's press service, committee member Jeyhun Hashimov familiarized the team with the innovations in the rules of the game, as well as provided detailed information on the restoration of time loss, offside position, delaying the resumption of the game, and clothing standards.
In the second part of the seminar, selected episodes from various matches were discussed.
