Gunay Zamanli, Head of the Legal Department of AFFA, participated in the "UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme 2025" educational program held in Lausanne, Switzerland, jointly organized by the UEFA Academy and IMD Business School.
Idman.biz reports that the main goal of the program is to develop the leadership skills of women working in decision-making positions in football administration, increase their leadership potential, strengthen their participation in decision-making processes, and support their professional development.
In addition, the program serves to strengthen the role of women in the future of football and promote international exchange of experience.
During the five-day intensive sessions held within the framework of the program, 36 female experts representing various football organizations from around the world increased their knowledge by discussing leadership, strategic management, and personal development topics, and gained the opportunity to network and exchange experience in the global football family.
