Elchin Mammadov, Director of the Club Licensing Department of AFFA, has received another appointment from UEFA.
"Report" informs that he will be the UEFA Venue Director at the UEFA Europa League play-off match between "Fenerbahce" (Turkey) and "Anderlecht" (Belgium).
The match will take place on February 13 at the "Şükrü Saracoğlu" stadium in Istanbul.
