Rovshan Najaf, President of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), met with Ravshan Irmatov, Vice-President of the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA), while on a visit to Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States, to attend the DÇ-2026 draw ceremony. Sport24.az reports that during the meeting, various issues related to the organization and holding of the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup to be held in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, as well as strengthening relations between the associations in various fields, were discussed.
