Helar Gonzales Altamirano, a 21-year-old footballer, tragically died in Peru after colliding with a goalkeeper during a match.
"Report" reports, citing "Mirror", that the incident occurred in a national cup match.
The footballer, who played for Real Titan, suffered a serious head injury after colliding with the opposing goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match against Defensor. Despite being taken to the hospital, it was impossible to save his life.
It was reported that his death was caused by a ruptured blood vessel in his head.
