Czech tennis player Linda Noskova, the world's 12th-ranked player, has become the women's champion at Wimbledon.
Idman.Biz reports that she defeated her compatriot, Karolina Muchova, who is ninth in the world rankings, in the final.
The match ended with a score of 6:2, 5:7, 6:3.
The victory at Wimbledon is the first Grand Slam win for the 21-year-old Czech athlete.
