On October 6, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov met with athletes who achieved high results in international competitions last month.
The meeting, organized at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, began with the sounding of the National Anthem. Then, Minister Farid Gayibov, highly appreciating the achievements of our athletes in the international arena, congratulated the athletes and their coaches.
During the meeting, a video reflecting the achievements gained in the international arena during the month was shown. Then, representatives of a number of sports spoke about their competitions and results.
Finally, Minister Farid Gayibov wished the athletes greater success in the upcoming competitions.
