Steve Clarke has stepped down as Scotland head coach after the team's World Cup 2026 campaign. According to Sport24.az, the local federation announced the news on their social media account:
"Scotland national team head coach Steve Clarke has resigned. The team's most successful coach, after the team's performance at the World Cup, he has left the team he has been with for seven years".
Note that the Scotland national team finished third in Group C with 3 points at the World Cup 2026.
