The 32-year-old defender said that he had fully recovered from his injury: "Everything is fine. I am already participating in training with the team. The team is not fully assembled yet. We will have new players coming. We will try to get in ideal shape by the start of the championship. We don't want to repeat the mistakes of last season. We intend to please our fans by finally winning a ticket to the European Cups."
Aliyev recalled that some players have parted ways with the club: "I wish each of them success in their careers. New transfers will come. I believe they will add strength to the team. I hope that we will achieve our desire at the end of the season."
It should be noted that the new season in the Azerbaijan Premier League will start on August 15.
