The 59-year-old Japanese striker Kazuyoshi Miura will continue his professional football career in the upcoming season.
According to Idman.Biz, he has extended his contract with the Japanese club "Yokohama" and has been loaned to the "Fukushima United" team, which represents the third division of Japan.
Kazuyoshi Miura is officially the world's oldest professional footballer. He started his career in 1982 and has played for several clubs including Brazil's "Santos", Croatia's "Dinamo Zagreb", Italy's "Genoa".
Miura has played 89 games for the Japanese national team and scored 55 goals, with his last goal scored in 2000.
