"Shamkir", which is competing in the Second League, has a new head coach. Sport24.az reports that the club's press service has released information about this.
The "Red-Whites" have reached an agreement with Rasim Aliyev. A 6-month + 1-year contract has been signed with the A-category specialist who last worked as the coordinator of the "Turan Tovuz" academy.
It should be noted that Aliyev previously coached "Rote Fahne" and "Neftchala" teams, in addition to "Turan". He gained experience in the camps of "Feyenoord", "Utrecht", PSV (all Netherlands), "Fenerbahce", "Genclerbirligi" (both Turkey) and "Dinamo" (Tbilisi) clubs.
