Today, "Sabah" will play its first game in the 2025/26 season of European cups. Sport24.az reports that the "owls" will host Slovenia's "Celje" in the first leg of the first qualifying round of the Europa League.
The match, which will be held at the "Bank Respublika Arena", will start at 20:00. The meeting will be managed by a team of referees from Kazakhstan.
The return match between these teams will take place on July 17 in Slovenia.
The winner of the two matches will face the winner of the AEK (Cyprus) – Partizan (Serbia) pair in the second round. The losing team will continue its journey in the Conference League and will face the winner of the Birkirkara (Malta) - Petrocub (Moldova) pair.
