Belgian national football team coach Rudi Garcia reacted harshly to FIFA's decision regarding the US team player.
Idman.Biz reports that the French expert reacted sharply to the cancellation of Balogun's disqualification for the 1/8 final match of the 2026 World Cup, stating that it was unfair.
"I didn't know that for FIFA, July 5 is actually Fool's Day in the World Cup. We are not defending the national team or the federation, but football and justice", - Garcia emphasized.
Note that the cancellation of Balogun's punishment for the 1/8 final match caused dissatisfaction from the Belgian side.
