Former Brazil and AC Milan midfielder Ronaldinho is set to return to football.
Sport.Biz reports this citing "Gazzetta dello Sport".
According to the source, the 46-year-old specialist has agreed with the Italian C Series club "Ravenna". The club is owned by businessman Inacio Cipriani.
"Ronaldinho's transfer is really a milestone for the club: he was my friend and his influence on football is more than his achievements on the field," Cipriani said.
According to the information, Ronaldinho's transfer will be announced at a gala event in Miami on June 23. The club's new form will also be presented at the event.
Ronaldinho has not played since 2015. He is a world champion, Champions League winner and Golden Ball winner.
