Real Madrid, PSG and Barcelona are monitoring Arsenal central defender William Saliba.

According to the source, it is very difficult for Barcelona to negotiate for 150 million euros. Real Madrid and PSG have more options, but it is unlikely that Arsenal will sell Saliba to either of the above clubs.
