Brazilian national team striker Rafinha has made a statement about the injury he received while playing for the national team.
İdman.Biz reports that Rafinha was injured in the 40th minute of the second match of the group stage of the 2026 World Cup against Haiti (3:0) due to a thigh muscle injury. His return to the main group will be determined after an additional medical examination.
"I love my country and I love playing for the Brazilian national team. I will do my best to recover as quickly as possible. I will definitely stay with the team to support the guys and contribute to the overall work", - Rafinha said.
