Player of the Month selected

The best player of December in the French Ligue 1 has been announced. Sport24.az reports that Marseille midfielder Mason Greenwood has been awarded this prize.

 

The 23-year-old footballer surpassed Lille striker Jonathan David and Lyon footballer Rayan Cherki in this competition.

 

The English player scored two goals in three matches for Marseille in Ligue 1 in December.

 

In total, Greenwood has scored 11 goals and provided 3 assists in 17 championship matches this season.
