Brazilian striker Neymar shared his thoughts on his debut in 2026. According to Sport24.az, he spoke about his first match in an interview with insider Fabrizio Romano:
"I cried in the locker room, I'm really happy. I worked hard to be here, I fought for it. I thank God for being able to help my country".
Neymar played in the third round of the group stage against Scotland, with the match ending in a 3-0 victory for the "samba players".
