The higher football organization wants to avoid the problems with the heat that are happening in the current World Cup. Therefore, the next World Cups will be held in the winter.
The current World Cup is hosted by the USA, Mexico, and Canada. There are 2-3 minute water breaks in each half of the matches due to the temperature.
