Napoli are preparing to offer midfielder Scott McTominay a new contract.
Sport.Biz reports that "Football Italia" has released information about this.
Club President Aurelio De Laurentis and sports director Giovanni Manna will meet with the Scottish player in the coming weeks to discuss the terms of the new agreement. McTominay's current contract is valid until 2028.
It should be noted that the midfielder played for the Scotland national team at the 2026 World Cup. The team finished third in Group C and bid farewell to the tournament.
McTominay joined Napoli from Manchester United in the summer of 2024. He played 44 matches in all tournaments for the Neapolitans in the 2025/2026 season, scoring 14 goals and making four assists.
According to Transfermarkt, the player's transfer value is 40 million euros (80 million AZN).
