The Moroccan national team has become the first African team to qualify for the final stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
"Report" informs that this became a reality after the match against the Niger team, which took place yesterday in the qualifying round.
The match held in the capital Rabat ended with a 5:0 victory for the Moroccan national team. Thus, Morocco also finished its 6th match with a victory in Group E of the African zone qualifying round.
It should be noted that the national teams of Mexico, USA, Canada (all hosts), as well as Japan, Iran, South Korea, Jordan, Australia, Uzbekistan, New Zealand, Argentina, Ecuador, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and Paraguay have also qualified for the final stage of the 2026 World Cup.
