Following his departure from Liverpool, free agent Mohamed Salah is willing to make financial concessions in order to join Besiktas.
According to journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu of İdman.Biz, the Egyptian had initially requested €15m per year but has lowered his expectations during negotiations to secure a deal.
As per the source, the Turkish club have already made their first official offer, with the 34-year-old's agent traveling to Istanbul to discuss the contract details in more depth.
Salah spent nine seasons with Liverpool, winning the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Super Cup with the club. Last season, he made 41 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists. He is valued at €22m on Transfermarkt.
