Kilian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo have agreed on who should win this year's "Golden Ball".
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the most prestigious individual award in football will be presented in September, and the nominees are expected to be announced next month.
"Would I vote for Dembele? Yes. I don't think there is a need to explain. People talk about Lamin Yamal and Dembele, but my choice is clear: I vote for Dembele," - Kilian said.
Ronaldo, in turn, agreeing with Mbappe's choice, mentioning Dembele and his compatriot Vitinha, said: "Those who stand out and win in the Champions League should win."
"In my opinion, those who stand out and win in the Champions League should win. But there is no consensus. I don't really believe in individual awards, because I know what's going on behind the scenes. Lamin can win like Dembele or Vitinha, like other promising players... But individual awards don't matter," - Cristiano believes.
