Spain national team head coach Luis de la Fuente has commented on this year's Ballon d'Or award. Sport24.az reports with reference to Marca that the expert was asked about the chances of Barcelona and Spain national team players Pedri and Lamin Yamal:
"I would like the award to be given to a Spanish footballer. They are both very good. I have a special affection for them. Because both of them made their debut under my leadership: Lamin in the main national team, and Pedri in the youth team."
It should be noted that Yamal participated in 55 matches in all tournaments last season, scored 18 goals and provided 25 assists. Pedri appeared in 59 matches, scored 6 goals and provided 8 assists.
