Our squad is not that big.
"Report" informs that the head coach of "Kapaz" Azer Bagirov said this in a statement to the club's press service.
The specialist shared his thoughts on the test match they lost to "Qarabağ" with a score of 1:5:
"We released a different squad in both halves. We wanted our players to play under more pressure. Despite everyone being on the field for 45 minutes, it was important for them to take on more loads. You know that our squad is not that big. Therefore, it was thought out that the players would fight in this situation. This was to improve their performance both physically and mentally. I think the players showed themselves well, I liked the fight".
He reminded that the team gathered and started training in the first days of January:
"We are trying to implement the plans we have set in the preparation process. Thankfully, we continue training without injuries. This is one of the most important points. I like the performance of the children in training. They work hard. We continue in this way. We will finish some physical loading by January 13. The team should be ready one week before the championship game".
