The new position of former Moroccan national team player Mehdi Benatia at the French club Marseille has been announced.
Report reports, citing the club's press service, that the former defender has been appointed as the football director of Marseille.
Prior to this, he worked as a sports advisor.
It should be noted that M.Benatia ended his career in 2021. The former defender, who played for clubs such as Juventus, Roma (both Italy), and Bayern Munich (Germany), has been on the Board of Directors of the French representative since 2023.
