"Flamengo's" desire to transfer Juninho surprised me.
"Report" reports with reference to the "Lance" publication that this was stated by former football player Ramon Motta, commenting on the possible transfer of "Qarabag's" striker Olavio Juninho to the Brazilian representative.
The 36-year-old former defender stated that he expected a high-profile player transfer from his former club:
"Earlier, Rojer Guedes and Roberto Firmino were also mentioned. At this point, I was expecting a football player who could replace Gabigol (Gabriel Barbosa)."
It should be noted that Olavio Juninho has been wearing the uniform of "Qarabag" since 2023. He is the winner of the Azerbaijan Championship and Cup. During his career, Ramon Motta also wore the uniform of the Turkish club "Besiktas" on loan in the 2013/2014 season.
