Two matches were held yesterday as part of the 1/8 final stage of the Africa Cup of Nations. Sport24.az reports that the national teams of Senegal and Mali have qualified for the 1/4 finals.
Senegal - Sudan 3:1
Mali - Tunisia 1:1 (3:2 on penalties)
After these games, the first quarter-final pair was determined. Mali will face Senegal.
It should be noted that the Africa Cup of Nations is being held in Morocco. Twenty-four national teams divided into six groups participated in the competition. The winner of the tournament will be determined in the decisive match to be held on January 18.
