The influential sports publication ESPN has presented a ranking of the top 30 football coaches in Europe. When compiling the list, the authors relied on the following parameters: coaching acumen, football style, management skills, communication with players and the media, history of achievements, and the ability to surprise and create new ideas. Each coach was evaluated using a 100-point system. At the same time, the portal did not take into account coaches who have not led teams for more than a year (Jurgen Klopp) or who coach national teams (Carlo Ancelotti, Luis de la Fuente, Didier Deschamps, etc.).
The first place was taken by Luis Enrique, head coach of France's PSG, whose work the authors rated at 86 points out of 100. Arne Slot from Liverpool is in second place. The third place is taken by Josep Guardiola, head coach of Manchester City.
