Date of Didier Deschamps' departure from his post has been determined

The time when Didier Deschamps will leave his post as head coach of the French national team has been determined. Sport24.az reports that the expert himself announced it.

 

He stated that he will leave the post he has held since 2012 after the 2026 World Cup. Deschamps will leave the team after 14 years at the "helm" of the national team.

 

It should be noted that under the leadership of Deschamps, the French national team won the 2018 World Cup and the 2021/22 season of the League of Nations, and was a silver medalist at EURO-2016 and the 2022 World Cup.
