Portuguese star striker Cristiano Ronaldo's sister, Katya Aveiro, has announced that the player will leave the national team after the 2026 World Cup.
Sport News reports that Portugal will face Croatia in the round of 16 of the World Cup. Ronaldo is in the starting lineup for that match.
"As far as I know, we can talk about saying goodbye. Not today, but I think this is really his last tournament. We're talking about the national team. According to a reliable source, this World Cup will be his "last dance"," Aveiro said in an interview with Sport TV.
