Claude Puel has left his position as head coach of "Nice".
According to the report of Sport.Biz, the club's press service has released a statement about it.
The statement says: "Claude Puel has proven himself at a crucial moment in the history of "Nice". His professionalism, dedication, and sense of responsibility were unanimously praised".
The 64-year-old French coach began leading the team in December 2025. Under his leadership, the club reached the final of the French Cup and lost to "Lans" in the decisive match (1:3).
Last season, "Nice" finished 16th in the French championship. In the play-off stage, the team defeated "Sent-Etyen" (4:1) and stayed in the division.
