Lyon's footballer Malik Fofana may continue his career in England.
"Report", citing "Goal", reports that "Chelsea" and "Liverpool" are interested in the 20-year-old midfielder.
The Premier League representatives have also submitted an offer for the Belgian player. After being relegated to League 2, Lyon is expected to sell its players to stabilize its financial performance. Roma also wants to include Fofana in its squad.
