"Barcelona" has assessed the statement of "Atletico Madrid" striker Julian Alvarez about his desire to leave the club.
Sport.Biz reports, citing Mundo Deportivo, that "blaugrana" understands that they cannot simply leave the player alone and are intent on doing everything in their power to transfer him.
According to the source, the Argentine striker remains the main transfer target for "Barcelona". However, the Catalan club does not rule out alternative options in case the agreement with Alvarez fails.
Meanwhile, "blaugrana" does not want to distract the striker from participating in the World Cup and therefore believes that it is best to postpone a potential transfer for a few days.
