"Barcelona" has offered a new contract to defender Ronald Araujo.
According to "Report", citing "Mundo Deportivo", the club intends to extend the contract with the player, which expires in 2026.
The management does not want the player to leave the team in the winter "transfer window". The midfielder has rejected several offers from the Catalan representative. Araujo is expected to move to the Italian club Juventus. It is even reported that the Turin representative is ready to pay the 50 million euros that "Barcelona" demands for Ronald.
It should be noted that the 25-year-old Uruguayan defender has played one match in the Spanish Cup this season and made a productive assist. The "Transfermarkt" portal estimates the player's value at 55 million euros.
