Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has reaffirmed the exclusion of forward Mohamed Salah from the squad for the UEFA Champions League Matchday 6 game against Inter.
Idman.Biz reports that the teams will play today at the San Siro (Giuseppe Meazza) in Milan.
"The situation with Salah is far from ideal. This is not good for anyone. It is not good for the club, the team or him. We also reacted by not choosing him. Because we condemned his comments," Slot said.
Mohamed Salah had previously criticized his role in the team. The striker is unhappy with limited playing time in the 2025/26 season.
