"Araz-Nakhchivan" club appealed to the UEFA representative regarding the removal of the Armenian flag from the stands during the return match of the III qualifying round of the Conference League against "Omonia" in Cyprus.

The club stated that the police were immediately informed about the issue: "The UEFA representative initially said that it was an official flag. In return, we said that Cypriot and Azerbaijani clubs are playing. Why should the flag of another country be in the stands? This is an attempt at provocation. He also agreed.
