The head of the AFFA Competition Organization Department, Emin Jafarov, has been appointed by UEFA. According to the official website of the association, Sport24.az reports that he will be the UEFA representative for the match between "Elbasani" (Albania) and BATE (Belarus) in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
Note that the meeting will be held on July 7 at the Elbasan stadium in the city of Elbasan.
