The female fan of the Canadian national team stood up with enthusiasm when it was her turn. At that moment, her phone slipped out of her hand and fell to the ground. The fan tried to catch the phone in the air, but failed, and the device fell from the tribune.
After the incident, the moments of shock experienced by the female fan were captured by live broadcast cameras.
Note that the match between South Africa and Canada ended with a 1:0 victory for the Canadian national team. The only goal was scored by Stiven Eustakio in the 90+2 minute.
