The English media has made new claims that Galatasaray wants to transfer İlkay Gündoğan, who currently plays for Manchester City. Sport24.az reports that The Sun newspaper wrote that Istanbul's Galatasaray club wants to attract Gündoğan to its squad in the new season.
According to reports, the Turks are offering £150,000 a week for this. That's £7.2 million a year.
If the transfer takes place, the player, who will turn 35 this year, can extend his football career for another 2 years.
